Printing using on-site multi-function printers

You can print from most on-site church computers that are connected to the network. These computers will have the appropriate print drivers installed that allow the mandatory department code prompt upon sending a print job.

If you need to print from off-site, you can also access the printers via Remote Desktop Services.


Alternatively, you can install the print drivers yourself using the instructions below. Note that your device must be connected to the "MCBC" enterprise Wi-Fi network to connect to the printers while on-site.

The printer models for the on-site MFPs are TOSHIBA e-STUDIO4505AC and TOSHIBA e-STUDIO2550C

TOSHIBA e-STUDIO4505AC: 10.0.66.11

TOSHIBA e-STUDIO2550C: 10.0.66.22


For users with Microsoft 365 accounts: you can login to the tech file share with your credentials and install the drivers directly from the server without downloading the product - \\MCBCFS01\tech\Drivers


After installing the printers, you may wish to rename them to make it easier to identify each one as they have the same name by default ("TOSHIBA Universal Printer 2").
